if you go a bit further down in the thread from September 2009 you will see that the wiring diagram is from the Bucheli publisher's 1999 repair manual for the Mercedes C diesel engines.
ISBN 3-7168-1981-6It is in German and you can still get it through the different online auction houses starting from about 25 Euros

The discussion at the time concerned the increase of the fuel delivery rate in an aspirated C 250D engine via the insertion of a manually operated variable potentiometer to fool the ECU and some of the contributors were quite knowledgeable about the subject.
