i am starting to understand i think..
i think the "easiest" would be some thing like this ..

wrapping the tank in hose that pumps coolant water from my heater and this would warm the tank.. and wrapping everything insolation to preserve the warmth.
so wrapping the tank in tubing and running this towards the motor i can do..
what i don't really figure out is how to redirect the coolant towards the new tubes..
so i guess back to my question.. is there anybody in berlin i can chat with in person?
